There has been a rich history of modification in the Marshall lineup. So much so that these days Marshall is hot rodding their own classic amps and releasing them as new offerings. In spirit of the quest to take the already mighty tone of the Marshall JMP and push it over the edge into modern high gain territory, we present our “Hot Rodded” Marshall JMP. We started with an OG 1970’s JMP, converted it to the 2203 circuit, added an extra gain stage and tweaked the voicing to produce this lush high gain monster!
